In some cases, custom designs are derived from jewelry that already exists.
You may see a piece of jewelry that you like but would prefer to change a few features if

The Custom Experience - Design In-Store
1.Design RequestWhat is Your Vision?
Tell us about what it is that you would like to design! What is your vision? Feel
free to share with us any inspiration/reference photos that may resemble the jewelry
you want to create. If you have a deadline or budget, now is the time to let us
know. Our experts will take all of the factors listed above into consideration and
provide you with an initial price-range estimate.
2.Concept DevelopmentSolidify Your Design Elements.
If you are satisfied with the initial estimate, you will have the opportunity to
discuss design elements in further detail with one of our jewelry experts. We
will go over the geometry, precious metal type and diamond/gemstone selection that
you would like to incorporate into your design. Rough sketches will be created to
express design scale and illustrate other features such as setting type and profile
shapes. We will ensure that your emerged design maintains structural integrity and
durability, while still delivering a timeless look.
At this point, if you would like to move forward, we require a $189.00 design
deposit that will go towards the final cost of your custom jewelry.
3.Computer Aided Design
Rendering3D Modeling and Photo-Realistic Imaging.
With the visual references and project features collected in the concept development
phase, we will take your design to the next level. Using powerful CAD software that
is fully focused on engineering jewelry, we will create a 3D model of your
Your 3D model is then exported into advanced 3D Rendering software, where your
design is placed in a virtual environment and can be assigned materials and
textures- including precious metals and gemstones. Photo-realistic images of your
custom jewelry are generated for your review. This allows you to see what your
design will look like as a final product before it even exists!
4.3D PrintingGrowing Your Prototype.
From CAD, your design will be prototyped using high-precision 3D printing. Your
jewelry pattern is grown using Digital Light Processing (DLP) 3D printing
technology. The result: a physical 3D printed model in resin (plastic-like) material
that will allow you to preview your design as a physical object.
At this stage, you will review the CAD model, photo-realistic renderings, and the
3D-printed prototype of your design. With the CAD model solidified and all precious
metal and gemstone weights calculated, the initial price-range estimate will be
refined to a final quote (taking into consideration your initial deposit).
One of our professionals will aid you in confirming the size, fit, and overall
aesthetic of your piece to ensure that it is tailored exactly the way you want it.
During this step, you will have the opportunity to adjust the design before it moves
on to manufacturing. Please note that any major design changes are subject to
additional fees and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
In order to move on to fabricating your design, a final approval signature is
required, and a 50% deposit towards the remaining balance is due.
Once approved your design moves directly to manufacturing, which is also done
in-house by our master jewelers. After casting your design in the precious metal of
your choice, our jewelers will then sand and pre-polish the mounting to remove any
rough or dull areas. Stone setting, final polishing, and thorough inspection will
follow to manifest your design into reality.
7.Pick-UpReceive Your Custom Piece.

receive your custom jewelry, you may pick it up in-store or have your item shipped
to the address of your choice. Being that your custom piece has met all of our
quality standards, we can assure you that your unique design will last a lifetime.
